The implementation phase is process centric where we ensure that the implementation starts from the most connected department of the organization, this helps us to connect all departments with each other and can spread the changes in all departments in effective manner. This also leads to converting the whole project as a joint project where roles and responsibilities are defined for both TQCAS and client.

This provides a clear understanding of how the project is being handled and by the joint efforts of the management and TQCAS consultants it enables all levels of management:

  1. To Identify Issues
  2. To develop solutions for root causes
  3. To introduce necessary changes.

This leads to a continual improvement mode in the organization and leads to maximum benefits that includesincrease in overall organization efficiency.

Our implementation phase is an effective and a result oriented process which transfers the responsibilities to the supervisors and the Head of Department who would be making sure their department is working according to the quality standards.

This tells us that the entire organization is involved in improving the standard i.e. from the top level management to low level management.

One of the important phase is the Implementation Phase which is driven by Management Action Teams, supported by TQCAS experts and a a team of supervisors and Head of Departments monitors the work and all the respective processes and ensure that quality is maintained throughout all the departments. Division of responsibilities with the top management at the helm of all the processes is a very important part of the implementation phase. Involving the middle management will help all the low level employees to understand the issues, develop the root cause solutions and what needs to be done to improve significantly and have a lasting effect on the organization.

It includes following steps:

  • ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
  • DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
  • OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • TRAINING & AWARENESS
  • COMMUNICATION
  • PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN & PURCHASING PROCESS
